NAZAR GROUP Gift Vouchers

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

· Gift vouchers will not be replaced or refunded if lost or stolen.

· Casablanca Sylvia Park | Casablanca North West | Bodrum Kitchen | Bodrum Market | Feriza’s Kitchen | Deco Eatery | Devon on the Wharf limits the right to the use of its gift vouchers.

· Casablanca Sylvia Park | Casablanca North West | Bodrum Kitchen | Bodrum Market | Feriza’s Kitchen | Deco Eatery | Devon on the Wharf and its affiliates are not responsible for lost or stolen gift vouchers.

· Casablanca Sylvia Park | Casablanca North West | Bodrum Kitchen | Bodrum Market | Feriza’s Kitchen | Deco Eatery | Devon on the Wharf will not cancel and/or reissue gift vouchers if there is a dispute between gift voucher sender and intended gift voucher recipients.

· Casablanca Sylvia Park | Casablanca North West | Bodrum Kitchen | Bodrum Market | Feriza’s Kitchen | Deco Eatery | Devon on the Wharf gift vouchers will not be returnable or exchangeable for cash in any circumstance.

· Coupons and other discounts may not be used to purchase gift vouchers.

· Purchase amounts that exceed the value of the tendered gift voucher will have to be tendered in full by either cash, eftpos or credit card. Purchase amounts below the value of the tendered gift voucher will be marked off and the remaining value of the gift voucher will remain as credit.

· All disputes are to be directed to Nazar Group Head Office at info@nazargroup.co.nz

· This voucher is set to expire 1 year from it’s date of issue.
